I'm starting to get into more difficult mixed climbing and need to upgrade my G12's but i can't decide whether to get mono points or the standard double front point. What are the advantages of each?

Hi Callum, Darts are better for mixed routes where you might need to place your crampon in a crack etc. where the added stability of the twins is great when you are climbing Ice routes. Have you considered an adaptable crampon such as the petzl Lynx or grivel G14? Thanks, Dave
